At Studio Baida all orders are made to order this means we do not hold any stock. Each item is knitted by hand and made specifically for you. 

Sale items are eligible for exchange only — no returns

Please note: Orders are processed within 7–10 business days for the UK and 10–14 business days for the Rest of the world/ USA
During peak periods, including our Black Friday event, processing and delivery times may be extended to up to 3 weeks.

International Orders
Please note that international orders may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Studio Baida has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@studiobaida.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Email us at info@studiobaida.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, we recommend initiating an exchange rather than a return.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.

If the item(s) arrive in a worn condition, it will be sent back to the customer.
