Exchange Policy

At Studio Baida all orders are made to order this means we do not hold any stock. Each item is knitted by hand and made specifically for you. For this reason, we run an exchange only policy. 

If you are unhappy with the fit/size, you can exchange for any other item on our website of the same value.

If the item you want to exchange for costs less than the original purchase, we can offer you a credit note with the remaining amount which can be used within 365 days.

Alternatively, if there is nothing you'd like to exchange for currently on the website, we can offer you the full refund amount on the credit note, which can be used within 365 days.

Please email info@studiobaida.com within 14 days of receiving your item with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Order No.
  • The item you'd like to exchange and what you would like to exchange it for.

We will then send you the address to send it to. The item(s) must still have tag(s) on them and be in an unworn condition. The parcel must be sent with a tracked/signed service, as Studio Baida is not responsible for any lost parcels. We cannot offer a refund or exchange on any lost parcels. It is the full responsibility of the sender.

If the item(s) arrive in a worn condition, it will be sent back to the customer.

DAMAGED/FAULTY

Each piece is quality controlled before fulfilling orders, however, we understand that sometimes these things can happen. If an item is faulty, please email us at info@studiobaida.com within 7 days with the following: 

  • Full Name
  • Order No.
  • The fault(s) of the item.

We will then send you the address to send it to. The item(s) must still have tag(s) on them and be in an unworn condition. The parcel must be sent with a tracked/signed service, as Studio Baida is not responsible for any lost parcels. We cannot offer a refund or exchange on any lost parcels. It is the full responsibility of the sender.

If the item(s) arrive in a worn condition, it will be sent back to the customer.
